Ixtapa Pacific Mexico

We've been visiting Club Med off and on since the early '90s, and it never gets old. Whether you're coming with family, friends, as a couple, or even across multiple generations, it never disappoints. Ixtapa is our favorite by far: the perfect size to get to know GOs and GMs, small enough to feel intimate but large enough to find a quiet spot. Ixtapa is a bit more difficult to get to but well worth it.
Daniel was the Chef du Village during our most recent trip and he assembled a fantastic group of GOs. They remember your name almost right away and bring energy and enthusiasm to activities well into the night. We much prefer the villages where the GOs put on the shows and ask if they can sit with you at meals. We can't wait to go back again next year. Excellent stay, great view, good food, Mexican and International, very attentive and nice staff. One of the best Club Med we did so far. A reclusive location with all the services you can think off, with a Mexican flair. GM are happy there and you never feel isolated.

Club Med does an excellent job. It is an amazing all inclusive with so many activities, it's hard to sit still. I love being able to be so active while on vacation.

Great sports, good bar, GO entertainemnt was good. Rooms could use remodeling. Hot water bathroom facilities worked well
