Tomamu Hokkaido Japan

After a good time Club Med Sahoro last year we decided to visit Tomamu this year. It didn’t fail to meet our expectations of club med and its standards. From welcome service to room cleanliness, food services, entertainment and most importantly fun and vibrant team of GOs that made our holiday stay most entertaining and unforgettable.

We had amazing days of ski lessons and nights of drinks with our GO Managers and team each day!
This amazing team definitely worth a mention as we spent absolutely big fun with them!

Club Med Kiroro Grand next!

I had a wonderful experience at Club Med Tomamu, spending six days and five nights there. Despite visiting in March, I was able to enjoy the beautiful winter snow and the peaceful natural surroundings.

The resort offered excellent facilities and activities, with snowboarding being a highlight. As a beginner, the resort's grading system and my professional instructor, Wang, made learning both enjoyable and stress-free. In just two lessons, I felt accomplished and had a lot of fun.

There were also daily themed parties and performances, all well-organized and full of energy, thanks to Zack and Doris, whose enthusiasm made every day special.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can't wait for the next snowboarding season!

Club Med Tomamu is one extraordinary place. From the moment you walk in the doors, you’re welcome like family.
The customer service here is simply some of the best I’ve ever had. Everyone there made our stay as enjoyable as it could be.
The resort is spread over two massive buildings linked by a glass walkway.
The resort is able to cater for many family group sizes with interconnecting rooms suites that are a duplex style or altogether in one room.
There are so many facilities at this hotel. The entertainment each night is lively and super inclusive.

The food is some of the best I have ever had . It changes daily with specialty dishes from all around the world. I absolutely loved the variety and the freshness of all the dishes.

I was lucky to dust off some snowboarding skills that I left behind 20+ years ago .
With the kindness and patience of my ski instructor Jannik I was able to quickly gain some confidence and fall in love with it all over again. Honestly a life changer for me.

An outstanding experience overall.
We will be back next year that is for sure.

I have just spent 6 days at Club Med Tomamu. It was my first ever visit to a Club Med property.

I’ll be honest , when I first arrived , I thought ‘this is not for me’ but by day 2, my opinion was rapidly changing. What a fantastic place to spend your ski holiday. The organisation of the staff is first class, and the hotel is spotless. No mean feat with the high traffic of people moving through in ski gear . I thought that the ski in/ ski out location was excellent and the accessibility from the ski lockers to the chair
Lift was such an easy few steps with ski gear. The organisation of the ski school was world class. I enjoyed a private lesson with Nathan, and cannot sing his praises highly enough. From there , I moved on to group lessons in Group 5 with Olly, and he was also first class. I feel like my skiing has really improved this week.

I had low expectations on the cuisine , but was very pleasantly surprised by the excellent array of food available , which changed on a daily basis. I truly did not have one bad meal there.

If you have younger children or teens, BRING THEM HERE, they will LOVE it.

Lastly, special mention to beautiful Sophia who looked after us so well. A fantastic brand ambassador for Club Med.

I’ve booked Kiroro Peak for next year. I am now a Club Med convert.
