Excellent third stay !
5/5 • 13/02/20253rd memorable stay in Charlevoix with an excellent atmosphere, great ski instructors for kids, good variety of food at the buffet, very accommodating, professional and kind GE team, great and helpful GO team. A big thank you to Elizabeth and Camille from guest relation. Elizabeth has been super responsive and professional, very helpful with all our requests making our stay flawless and without a hitch. Thank you to Ben, Gaelle and Marine for those enjoyable dinners. Thank you to the mini Club team.

Great skiing destination
5/5 • 11/02/2025I haven’t stopped telling everyone I know how great the trip was. The hill is not busy, yet one of the nicest mountains I’ve been to. Most of the time, we felt like we had it to ourselves. The resort was fantastic! Clean, great food, kids were well cared for. Couldn’t ask for more. Will be back.

Everything amazing except the robe situation.
5/5 • 06/02/2025We just finished our second year at Club Med Québec Charlevoix, and once again, it was a fantastic experience!
Highlights:
- Accommodations were lovely—comfortable and well-maintained.
- Both petit and mini clubs was AMAZING. The care and activities for little ones were top-notch.
- Fitness classes with GO Sam were a personal favorite again this year. Such great energy and instruction!
- Skiing was excellent—great conditions and well-organized.
- Food & drinks were outstanding, and the bartenders really knew their craft.
- Resort activities especially all the live music kept us entertained beyond the slopes.
Room for improvement:
- Robes: It’s surprising (and honestly, a little tacky) that robes aren’t provided in every room—or at least available for request. The “only for certain levels” policy feels unnecessary for a resort of this caliber.
- Hot tub situation: One isn’t enough! It gets crowded quickly, so a second one would be a great addition.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely consider returning—even in another season to experience the resort in a different way.
Would definitely recommend!
