Cancún Mexico

The Club M was fantastic- many great activities. I enjoyed water aerobics and snorkeling. Yet the absolute best was the excursion to swim with the Whale Sharks organized by the agent Angel and our guide Alex - phenomenal!!

I traveled to club med with my extended family recently including 2 neurodivergent children.

Staff at the taco arte restaurant went incredibly out of their way to help us during our trip. Some members of our group are vegan and they made a special meal for us each day, including a special vegan birthday cake! Audrey (manager) was AMAZING and helped to secure us reservations there every night, as the buffet was not accessible for us given my children's needs. She also checked in every day to see if there was anything we needed, and how things were going. The morning staff Maria and afternoon staff member Hector also went out of their way to make sure we had a good experience- my son asked for them by name each day, they made him feel very special.

The beach in front of the main area was wonderful, very blue clear water and great to play and swim. It is quite a steep drop down in parts. The beach in front of our rooms unfortunately was filled with seaweed due to the record breaking seaweed in the area- we felt so lucky that club med had multiple beach fronts.

My children really enjoyed the water slides at the newly built water park area. I just wish there was more shade there.

The kids club wasn't usable for my older child due to support needs- we went by a couple times and the staff for the 6-8 age group seemed ok but not as wonderful as the staff for the younger groups. My younger child liked kids club but did get sunburnt while there.

I wish that the activities such as archery and trapeeze had more family hours available- the short 1 hour time block for each age to do all 3 activities wasn't sufficient for my children to be able to enjoy them, and it is very difficult for a family with multiple aged children- it really seems geared towards family whose children can utilize the kids club.

The king bed in the room has a very large divot in the middle making sleeping uncomfortable.

This is our 5th or 6th time at Club Med Cancun. We love the beautiful protected beach , with its gentle waves and of every color of blue imaginable, as well as the rockier seafronts. Love having the beach towel service! The food is French, Mexican, Asian, fusion and all kinds of excellent . Fresh fruit and homemade breads at every meal. The GOs are enthusiastic and friendly. You can do sports all day long or just float in the water. We enjoyed our Lagoon room with its lovely view. Our room was immaculate at all times.

My stay at Club Med was unforgettable, especially because of the Teens Club, where I got to hang out, make new friends, and have nonstop fun. Ronneil and Thais were the G.O.s in charge, and they made the experience incredible with their energy, humor, and creativity. They were always bringing new activities to the group—games, challenges, or just fun hangouts—and knew exactly how to keep everyone laughing and involved. Their presence made the Teens Club feel less like a program and more like a group of friends just having the best time together.

We stayed at Club Med Cancun in May - June 2025 for two weeks and had an amazing time. The beach, the food and the hotel itself was great. Our room was located in Amber, which is very centric from all the activities and restaurants.

The sport team is great, so we stayed very active.

But the best part was a mini club. Huge thanks goes to Lou Lou, the supervisor of the mini club. She is doing an amazing job and our daughter felt in love with her. She is very kind, funny and caring and she and the whole team are organizing a dream holiday for the kids, so the adults can have fun on their own :)
