Valmorel France

I must say it, this was the best holiday in the mountain we ever had as a family.
The welcome was overwhelming, our kids were happy to play around with everyone and we met so many people it was incredible!!
The restaurant service was the best and we would like to give a spécial thanks to Ines, Alessio and Antonella for helping to make our stay more comfortable, expecially the first days.

We would like to thank all of the team at the Petit Club au Valmorel: Aurélie, Nathalie, Nolwen, Elina, Enjah, Hortense, Justine, Julie, Tiihany, Jessyca and Lea, for taking such amazing care of Olivia. She took the introduction to ski class with you, and with ESF who we would also like to thank, she had the best week!! The skiing and the spectacle, and all the activities were perfect for her and she loved it. Thank you!!

We would like to thank the team in the Baby Club, who looked after our Charlotte for the week in such a kind way. Thank you to Océane, Claire, Clarysse, Chloé, Océane, Océane, Louise, Laura, Ambre, Pauline, Cécile, Manson and Romain!!

We highly recommend Club Med Valmorel, everyone there is just so lovely, attentive and kind. We will be back again next year for our 3rd year 🥰❄️🙏

Great stay!

We had a fantastic New Year’s Eve week at Club Med Valmorel.

Started our stay with a little hick up but the team recovered fantastically.

Our stay was up to Club Med standards and with a great New Year’s Eve party!
The hotel director (Maxime) and the team where outstanding.

The reason why I’m writing the review is cause one person stood out completely.

The Sports & Event Manager, Lucas, made our stay thoroughly wonderful. We met him last year in Les Arc, he welcomed our kids with a big hug and we saw him during our stay all over the place. He was always making the difference with his team! From starting a party at noon next to the slopes, cutting ham during a cocktail or assisting the bar team after midnight on New Year’s Eve. He was really every were and you could see the great match he has with his team and all the guests! Looking forward to see him in the future!

Also thank you to the ass restaurant manager, Guillaume, for reserving our table for the week and happy to meet Samy again (ski shop), fantastic person!

Ski, the slopes are perfect for families and groups. The domain is not huge but perfect for winter holidays with the kids. For more fanatic skiers, I would suggest other area like Les Arc or Serre Chevalier.

Food, waiting lines at the buffet were quite long and require some attention from the team.
