Beautiful Bali with top notch staff. The Balinese people are the most friendliest you could ever wish to meet. The staff at this hotel make your stay they go above and beyond for their guests. Houcem is the Chief of the Village he will greet you every day in the main Agune restaurant along with all his other restaurant staff, he is an amazing Chief. He even came to the Zen pool every day to check on his guests. When we were leaving he made a point of stopping in the lobby to say goodbye.

This was our first time visiting Asia and this hotel did not disappoint. The food is five star, there is an Indonesian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Western, Italian sections - so there is something for everybody and it is all delicious. Perez one of the Chefs came to talk to us every day to check on the food he was super friendly. Ayu the server in the quiet restaurant was amazing to us the whole ten days we were there, she could not do enough for us (what a lovely lady).

We have to say though hands down our favourite staff member was Youssef the Sports Manager, he came to sit with us every night in the main bar before we went for dinner. He has excellent English and was so informative about all the programs. My husband and I hope that one day he will also be a Chief of one of the Villages. He is so genuine and treats all the guests and staff with the utmost respect. We really enjoyed talking to him and hope to meet him again.

We would also like to thank other staff members for making our stay memorable - Naagar (from Egypt), stopped to talk to us every day and made our dinner reservation in the a la carte for us. Ahmed the Food and Beverage Manager, Anto our Room Attendant was amazing, Tawan, Miaou, Suma , Ashley on the Sports Team were also great to us. My husband would like to say a special thanks to the two Golf Pros Ujaang and Oka who he had a golf lesson with every day. Lee the Tennis and Paddle Coach was super friendly, he even joined us for dinner twice. We hope to meet him again also. Suci the Spa Manager was lovely. Venus and Angeline on the Reception were super helpful to us also. We could not stay enough about all the staff members at this hotel - kudos to the management team for having such great staff. It is definitely the best Club Med team we have seen to date.

The property itself is beautiful. The Zen pool is so peaceful and beautiful.

There is everything you need in your room even a dehumidifier, four bottles of water every day, shampoo, body wash, body lotion and conditioner so need to bring any of these items.

We hope to return soon.

This is my seventh visit to Club Med Bali, I have traveled here both as a couple in the past and these days solo. This is my happy place, to relax at the ZEN Pool is fabulous and just the best, reading, swimming, aqua yoga while sipping a cocktail, mocktail or coffee with the wonderful helpful and friendly staff there when wanted. You are never alone at CM with GO's always up for a chat and new Houcem CDV Resort Manager willing to help at all times. I will continue to Club Med Bali.

Where to start? I was blown away with the welcoming atmosphere of the resort. Upon arrival, a staff member greeted us with open arms, making is not just feel welcome but also safe and at home. The resort was more than just a vacation spot; it’s a vibrant tapestry of relaxation, excitement, and cultural discovery.
Accommodation & Facilities
The resort features modern and spacious rooms with Balinese-inspired decor, providing a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment.
Facilities include an infinity pool with ocean views next to a family-friendly pool. Both a close to the main bar to enjoy a well-deserved cocktail whilst watching the sun setting over the serenity and bliss of your stay.
They provide an adults only Zen pool for those seeking a quieter atmosphere, with its own bar so no need to walk too far for that sneaky midday treat.
The grounds are immaculately maintained, with lush gardens and direct beach access enhancing the overall ambiance.
Dining
Now, let’s get to the food. The buffet is a culinary wonderland where you can pile your plate with everything from fresh seafood to Balinese delicacies.
The specialty restaurant, Agung, offers a more intimate dining experience, perfect for when you want to feel fancy. Or just run late for breakfast or lunch as they provide the “late breakfast/ lunch” options with an elegant twist,
And don’t even get me started on the desserts—they’re so good they should come with a warning label, being so good that could make angels weep with sweet and savory joy.
Themed dining nights add a sprinkle of excitement; they’re like dinner and a show rolled into one. By conjoining delicious food with the majestic acrobatic shows every Wednesday and Saturday, you’ll ask yourself why would you ever want to leave?
Service
The staff here are like fairy godparents or magical genies, except instead of granting three wishes, they grant all your wishes. They sprinkle magic dust on your every need. They’re warm, attentive, and have an uncanny ability to make you feel like the most important person in the world.
Need a towel? Done. Want a cocktail? Already on its way. They’re friendly, attentive, and have a knack for making you feel like royalty.
Honestly, I have never felt so welcomed. I wanted to take them all home with me just to forever feel like I am royalty.
In summary, Club Med Bali is like a tropical buffet of joy, relaxation, and adventure.

Easiest and fun holiday. Beautiful views. Good food and drinks all day. Entertainment is next level. Shows every night. My kids had a ball! Shelli is incredible. All GOs are friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The best holiday !!
