We have recently returned from Clubmed Bali and we had a great experience. We booked everything directly through clubmed. We received confirmation through quickly from the airline and were able to choose our seats/add extras directly with the airline. The transfers between the airport and resort were very well organised. We didn't have to wait at all, just walked straight out of the airport and into our taxi. We had a private transfer as we were in a suite and this included a car seat for our 2 year old which was great. The reception team were very welcoming and we were able to get into our rooms straight away, despite arriving before check in. The bags were taken straight up to our rooms for us, we didn't have to lift a finger. Every single member of staff that we met was friendly and couldn't be more helpful. They were also very kind and playful with our toddler.
The food was good in the main restaurant with lots of choice and excellent service. We also ate at The Deck one night which was lovely.
We put our toddler into the "petit club" and she was taken care of, they made her feel very welcome and she came home with lots of artwork. We used this day to enjoy the adult only zen pool and the spa, both of which were very relaxing.
Our suite was lovely, the bed was comfortable and we were provided with a cot for our toddler. Our suite was next to the adult only pool so although we had a little walk to get to the main pool/restaurant it was very quiet at night.

Overall, we had an excellent trip and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to friends and family.

The coaches are very good，lahoucine，tawan，jenna，frans，suma，they’re all very kind, thank for being take good care of my son. They teach my son to how to snorkeling . Let him to try again and again. I will come next time. Hope to join their class again.

All the staff are so friendly and there is so much for the kids to do. Every night there is an activity for the children. The food was amazing and the the resort is so close to all the local sights. We had a lovely holiday at Club Med and will be back again soon. Special thanks to Rio, Tawan, Dayu, Debra, Albir, Grace and Shelly for putting on fantastic events for the kids.

Akash and Damien made the kids and teens club super fun and when I was in the pool or doing water sports, salah and hartey put on some great activities and Shelly is just an all round legend. SHELLY IS THE BEST
