My stay at Club Med Bali was spectacular. Thanks to the incredible leadership and GO team. Your warmth, energy and care made every moment special. Each and every interaction I had with the team was outstanding. You all just get Customer Service at its best.

• Adeline and reception team were exceptional. Your genuine care made every interatction welcoming and reassuring.
• Amine - your extraordinary energy and positivity are contagious to all around.
• Lee - I hear you're the best tennis coach but to me you're the best dinner companion and I will share a bottle of red with you any time.
• Vitoria - what can I say - your fantatic energy and enthusiasm in every class you teach is beyond. I love how you always go the extra to give more. I mean you even had me excited to take Aqua Yoga.

To the rest of the team - too many to individually thank - this GO team made my last 10 days' at Club Med a fantastic, happy holiday. Forever grateful - until next time bisou

All the G.Os I had talk to was very nice, good smile and 5 stars hospitality. First of all, reception team welcomed me with a good explanation of the village since my visit to Bali village was 15years ago. I asked few questions and they answered me very specifically, it helped me a lot. Sports G.Os were also very awesome, first of all, Oka remembered me from 15years ago when i last time came to Bali village, he was very easy to talk. I had one tennis lesson from Jaka and also 2 times from Lee. They are both good tennis coaches, I loved the lessons very much. I felt that I improved my tennis skills. Also, I played archery. Zee gave me some advice, best archery coach ever. Also, Jaden from Myanmar, I did a power walk, darts and aqua exercise from him, I had so much fun at all the activities. He has a nice smile (My mom was saying the same thing), very polite and easy to talk. Had many fun with sports team G.Os. Finally, my favorite team, bar team. I had a great conversation with them, especially with Wahyu and Roy. They noticed us that I am Japanese, and then they talked to us a lot, which i was very surprised but happy. I really appreciate that they were so friendly to me, it was very easy to talk to them. They provided me so many fun memories. And drinks they make are the best drinks ever. They also made sure that I don't have any inconveniences, asked me if I need something or constantly made sure that i was doing good after drinking alcohol. Lastly, some G.Os came to say goodbye when I leave the village, I really appreciate and grateful that they came to say goodbye. I want to give 10 stars (5 starts is not enough haha) to all the G.Os that I mentioned in this review, and hope to visit Bali village soon again. It was the best clubmed stay in my life.

My first Club Med and will do many more. Excellent all inclusive. Pristine location. Lovely, caring staff.

Just returned from Clubmed Bali .
Positives - Tennis GO Lee is a great bloke with a good sense of humour. Enjoyed having a couple of hits with him. Long time golf GO Okka is a ripper , super helpful. Bar manager Jayarde is very attentive and also a great guy .
Negatives - We were aware the restaurant had burnt down but the food was disappointing. Limited options and as the capacity is only 140 guests in the resort we felt like the food was left in the Bain Marie too long . Desert options weren't great either. Only mention this as we have stayed in Clubmed Bali over 10 times and the food is normally world class.

Regardless of the above negatives we had a great time and look forward to heading back when the restaurant has been rebuilt.
