We recently returned to Club Med Bali for the first time in almost 10 years, and it was great to see that the resort still offers the warm and relaxing atmosphere we remembered.

The rooms are showing their age, but they have been well maintained. One thing we really appreciated was the dehumidifier in the room—it made a big difference in Bali's humid climate and kept the room comfortable throughout our stay.

Without a doubt, the highlight of our holiday was the daily tennis sessions. Lee is an amazing G.O.—friendly, funny, patient, and passionate about tennis. He didn't just organize the games; he actually took the time to correct my technique and shared plenty of practical tips that helped improve my shots. Every session was enjoyable, and I genuinely looked forward to playing each day. If you're visiting Club Med Bali, don't miss the tennis activities. Even if you're not an experienced player, Lee will make sure you have a fantastic time.

The only downside during our stay was the dining experience. We understood that the resort was still recovering from the recent restaurant fire, and we could clearly see how hard all the staff were working to serve meals outdoors under challenging conditions. While the food quality was still good, the selection was more limited than what we remembered from previous visits, and the menu became a little repetitive day after day. As a thoughtful gesture, the resort offered us a complimentary late check-out, which we really appreciated.

Overall, despite the temporary challenges, we had a wonderful holiday. The excellent G.O. team, especially Lee, made our stay memorable, and we look forward to coming back again when the restaurant is fully restored.

We just wrapped up a wonderful 5-day trip at Club Med Bali, and the overall service quality was exceptional. The entire team put so much effort and heart into hosting us. Special thanks to Remy at the reception, who gave us a detailed overview of the resort and took great care of all our needs. On top of that, they kindly upgraded our room and graciously extended our late check-out until the exact moment we were ready to leave the resort, which made our last day completely stress-free!

During our stay, we took part in various activities including Core Training, Stretching, Golf, Tennis, and Pickleball. A major highlight was our tennis coach, Jaka. His teaching techniques were top-notch and unexpectedly reignited my passion for the game—a pleasant surprise I didn't see coming!

This trip left such a great impression that we are already planning to return for a longer stay next time, so we can fully immerse ourselves and enjoy everything the resort has to offer.

We have just returned from another wonderful stay at Club Med Bali, and we would like to sincerely thank the entire team for making our holiday so special.

We had an excellent stay, and we were particularly impressed by the friendliness, professionalism and energy of the team. A very special thank you to Oka and Zee at golf, and Lee at tennis, who were fantastic and made our activities even more enjoyable. We would also like to thank the entire bar and restaurant teams, who worked so hard and did a wonderful job throughout our stay, as well as Houcem, the Chief of Village, for creating such a warm and lively atmosphere.

We had already experienced this resort with Houcem as Chief of Village, and this time we were genuinely struck by how much better, livelier and more festive the atmosphere was compared with our previous stays. It made us realise just how much the atmosphere and spirit of a resort can depend on the vision, energy and personality of its Chief of Village. This time, the atmosphere was truly fantastic!

Although the main restaurant was closed during our stay, we absolutely loved having all our dinners outside, under the stars. What could initially have been seen as a disadvantage turned into one of the highlights of our holiday. Dining outdoors in such a beautiful setting was a wonderful experience, and honestly, we would love for it to stay this way forever!

Regarding the food, we found the selection varied and there was enough choice for everyone. However, we feel that adding a few more premium, local and slightly more special ingredients would make the experience even better. For example, we would have loved to see more avocado, mango, passion fruit and dragon fruit available throughout the stay. For the themed evenings, a few more exceptional local dishes would also be wonderful, such as spiny lobster for White Night or Babi Guling for Indonesian Night, which would be a fantastic way to showcase Bali’s incredible culinary traditions.

As for the rooms, this is unfortunately still an area that could be improved. The superior rooms are in need of renovation, particularly the bathrooms and air-conditioning systems, which would benefit from a modern refresh and upgrading.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would like to sincerely thank the whole Club Med Bali team for their hard work, kindness and hospitality. The wonderful atmosphere and the incredible energy of the team made this stay particularly memorable. We will definitely be back!
