Great food, very friendly staff, not too busy, great sports and other activities, premium experience!

We travelled as a family of 4 (two teens).
From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were looked after (this was so different to our Phuket experience with a 5 star resort).
We arrived very early, however our room was made available for us straight away and the all inclusive package was included.
Staff were amazing. This tanged from the reception staff all the way to management. All GOs and GE's were great. Special shout out to Iko the costume designer, he was amazing. The work he puts in for the shows and helped with teaching the local language.
Rooms were not fancy, but they were very comfortable.
Food and drink was great, pools were amazing.
This was our first Clubmed and were are planning to come back, even with just the two adults.

The resort is world class. Best "sun" we have visited. We have been GM's for 40 years. The GO GE and especially the Chef de Village were tops. pressent, thoughtfull and competent. Great food, shows, bars sports and things to do on and nearby nesort. The only hiccup was the 27 hours on the plane to get there. We ca=me for three weeks.

Great sports team. Vitoria led some great core and circuits sessions. Great performances by the circus team! We had a fantastic time in a beautiful place.
