We loved our vacation. Our kids were always busy and had a blast at all the activities, the food was quite good, the location was perfect, and we had great weather. Meagan, in particular, went far above and beyond to take extra good care of us when she overheard that our son was in bed sick. Incredible customer care!

We had the best dining experience at Taco Arte. Chef Johnny made vegan meatballs that were top three vegan meals I’ve ever had. Everyone loved their meal. The service was fantastic. The server Barbara and manager Enrique were exceptional, making sure we were taken care of. Absolutely phenomenal in every way.

Highly highly recommend this for parents who need some rest and relaxation while kids are at kids club - our daughter (5) had so much at kids club that she wanted to be dropped off for dinners though we wanted to spend evenings with her! The number of activities they did and the quality of teachers was incredible.

The rooms itself were basic, mattresses need an upgrade and coffee machines are old.

The team there is super friendly and makes you want to book your next stay right away. GO Jorge at peckleball was a fantastic teacher and helper. GO Chava was everywhere: volleyball everyday, running the morning, Aerobic at the pool, he is really a star. He speaks many languages and is super helpful whenever you need something, he makes the stay even better than it is. The Kids club people, the WHOLE TEAM, was so nice with the kids, they made our stay really smooth.
The cleaning ladies who took care of our room were also very nice.
Thanks to all these people, we had a wonderful time.
