I cannot emphasize how much of an incredible experience we had staying at the Jade Exclusive collection at Cancun Club Med!! Since day one we were greeted by the most welcoming and pleasant staff all the way from reception ,to the bar/lounge area, the cooks,the housekeeping staff and kitchen staff. What made our stay memorable was the amazing service Jesus, Daniel, Jaime,Marco,Ademir, Erasmo,Eliseo from the bar area and Jorge and Silvia,from the food area, offered us daily, every moment from dusk till dawn, the little details ; as calling us by first name..to knowing how much water or how much tequila we liked with our drinks, was something that made it feel so personal we left with our hearts feeling full and memories to last us a long time. Although we were only there for 6 nights we will always remember their genuine smiles their attentiveness and the bond we formed with them over such a short period of time sharing jokes, laughs, anecdotes and advices. Our front desk staff was as great ,with their helpful attention to details, Daniel, Jose-Luis, Christian , Elio and Saul were always a delight to cross paths with. We are avid travelers and let me tell you that this experience was one we will remember for a very long time leaving our newfound friends was bittersweet and we hope to see them very soon.

Taco Arte...a great place to eat dinner with family (20 plus extended members). Barbara was an excellent waitress and took care of everyone. The food is also excellent.

We had a great time on our first time at a club med resort. If you have kids the aguamarina building is definitely the place you want to be. It has its own family friendly pool, poolside bar with snacks, a little beach below the pool and 2 bedroom rooms. It's also close to the kids club, some rooms are literally in front of the kids club and the awesome kids water park, we were a little further down and took the golf cart/shuttles to the kids club and the closest restaurant which is Taco Arte but it was probably less than a 5 min walk. The food was good, lots of variety at the buffet and always different items every day so we never got tired of it. Taco Arte and Estancion are reservations only for dinner, they were decent but the food looked better than it tasted, we preferred the buffet at hacienda for dinner. Lots to do there like trapeze, archery, sailing, mini golf, snorkeling and a beautiful large main beach among other things. I highly suggest getting the kids into the kids club if you want some parents only time, they do a great job there and the kids are super happy at the end of the day. The kids also enjoyed the night time entertainment too. There is a family show or activities at 8:15 and a main show at 9:30.

The Circus Team of Adan, Margot, Silver, Aki, Pia, Remy & Sara are absolutely amazing. They went above & beyond in order to give my daughter the best experience with trapeze and made her week extra special! Can't express my gratitude enough.
